Chinese Chicken
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat oil in a large pan. Sauté the leek for about 4 minutes until it softens. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, then cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Add the shrimp and fish, and cook for about 5 minutes. Spread a third of the sauce in the bottom of a baking dish, about 5 cm deep, and sprinkle a little cheese on top. Then cover it with lasagna sheets. Repeat this process. Afterward, pour the remaining third of the sauce over the lasagna and cover it with cheese. Place the dish in the oven for 40 minutes to bake the lasagna.
